How will the weather during delivery affect my cream(s)?

The weather can have an impact on the consistency of our creams, but a difference in consistency will not impact effectiveness. Ideally, orders would be shipped at controlled temperatures, but dependent upon the transportation used, it can be transported in above room temperature compartments.

However, the biggest issue during delivery is for an order to sit within a mailbox for an extended amount of time. We highly recommend following your order’s tracking information and retrieving it from your mailbox as soon as you can. If your cream has been exposed to excessive heat, allow the bottle to remain at room temperature for 24 hours before use.
